Army Half Marathon 2008
Some of the part C went with Mr Azhar yesterday for the 6km run .
The Part C includes :
Wei Ting
Nurul
Uma
Chee Guan
Jie Jian
Rooban
The scenery throughout the run was breathtaking minus the construction site where there was heavy air pollution with all the smokes and dust flying around.

Hi !! Wei Ting here , the part Cs has taken over the unit for about half a year already. Any comments and suggestions about the training , please feel free to approach any instructors (we wont eat you up or anything) .We are here to make the unit a better one isn't it ?
For now, please take note of the following event ,
Sea competition(Bends and Hitches) - 28/8/08
Sea Competition(Kayaking) - 2/9/08 and 3/9/08
Challenge Quest - 23/10/08
All these events are top priority for school training's nowadays.
These events will greatly affect our stand in the Best Unit Competition. Gold , silver or bronze will depend on all this competition.The result of competitions is important, but dont forget about the attendance in normal school training.It is equally as important.
For the sea competition(kayaking), it will be at upper seletar sea training centre which is a new training centre. The route will be a straight line route , this will test your acceleration skill and also the ability to kayak in a straight line using the explorer kayak.
When i have the time, i will post up pictures of the new training centre for you to get a rough idea of how the place look like .
