Congratulation to the 5 cadets that have attended and completed it with the rank of Staff Sergeant. However, with a greater rank comes a higher responsibilities, I hope that you guys will take what you have learned throughout the course and passed on all the good stuff to your juniors or even your own friends!
Especially congratulation to Clarence, who have been awarded the overall course best cadet and the company best cadet for the senior specialists' course, and also to the rest who have been nominated to be the company best! To all those who who have not win away any awards, don't be disheartened if you know you have tried your best! There will still be many chances for you to learn and improve yourselves!
To those that weren't selected for the Senior Specialists' Course, don't be disappointed, there will still be chances where you can show your talents and good points, there will also be time where you can excel yourself. Don't think that only Staff Sergeants can lead and get all the great stuff, the NCC will also acknowledge the hard work of the specialists, and if you are willing to work and show that you can do it, you will find something great that you never even had dreamt of!
